Aaah, you mean that semitransparent date-time thingy on the bottom right corner. That's 5 clicks in Samurize, I have never released it, you can do it on your own in no time.

Come over to the download page, [link] check the notes and some comments there, pretty much is already explained. If you get stuck and ask specific questions, I'll be more than glad to answer them.

Righty-ho!

To start it off though, it says there it's for Vista. Is there a version? Scouring through your gallery (which is brilliant, I must say!) turned up fruitless.
